A duet of magical proportion, singer, songwriter and current Billboard chart-topper Glen Hansard (“The Frames”) and newcomer Markéta Irglová give extraordinary heartfelt performances as a street musician and a Czech immigrant as they write, rehearse and record songs that artistically reveal their unique love story.  Written and directed by Hansard’s former band-mate John Carney, Once is a partially autobiographical account of his time in Dublin. FILM SYNOPSIS Sometimes, you only get one chance to follow your dreams.
